Holly McGowan worked for Securus/Aventiv for five years. This allowed her to understand and get comfortable with incarceration management and communications technology. After retiring, she discovered a passion for finding and analyzing incarceration data. She has provided data to several very respected organizations and she'd love to tell you more, but NDAs prevent it. 

Alison Grinter is a highly respected Dallas criminal defense attorney. She is Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, with over 15 years of legal experience and a focus on felony defendants and mental health cases. She has practiced in both federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. 

Chris McGowan has extensive experience as Treasurer of several nonprofits, including a successful Texas community assistance organization he helped found several years ago. He is a former CPA whose career was spent in Finance and Accounting for technology communications companies.
